Transport and Stops

On the way to Herning (Denmark), we pass some nice stops and fraternize with local JCI chapters in the Netherlands and in Germany.

Hotels

All hotels on the way there are included in the Pre-tour. As standard, you will share your room with someone else. If you still want a single room, you can choose this.

Activities

We provide an interesting range of activities, covering each of the JCI pillars and lots of fun!

Food

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Because not everyone drinks the same thing at the table and in between, drinks must be paid for separately and on site.

Of course we will take some drinks with us to provide you delicious aperitifs!

31.05 - Eindhoven – Innovation in action

We start in the vibrant Strijp-S, a former Philips site that has been transformed into a creative hotspot. Here you will discover how repurposing can lead to prosperity. In addition, we will be VR gaming! Not just for fun, but with a business twist that offers you new insights.

01.06 - Emmen – Peace and connections

In Emmen we shift down a gear. On a relaxed Sunday we take the time to get to know our colleagues from JCI Emmen. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere in which networking is central.

02.06 - Hamburg – Business, business, business

Hamburg is all about business! Discover the impressive Meyer Werft, the reference in cruise ship construction. Visit international players such as Hapag Lloyd and Airbus.

03.06 - Hamburg – Day 2

Day 2 in wonderfull Hamburg, also known for its world-famous port of Hamburg. We also meet our German colleagues from JCI Hamburg, the Wirtschaftsjunioren.

Exclusive Hotel for Belgian Delegation!

During the EC2025 in Herning (Denmark) we ensure that all JCI members of JCI Belgium stay in a hotel together. That's why we have an entire hotel at our disposal! As standard, you will share your room with someone else. If you still want a single room, you can choose this.

The hotel is located 3 minutes walk from the HQ and 7 minutes walk from the MCH Congress Center.

We provide a nice goodie bag with polo shirts, exclusive pins and some gadgets from our partners.

Belgian Reception

As always during an European Conference, we will experience an exclusive Belgian Reception in Herning together with all Belgian JCI members and some international guests.
