Welcome to the FAQ section for the JCI EC2025 Belgian Delegation. Here, we've compiled answers to some of the most common questions to help you prepare for an incredible experience at the JCI European Conference in Herning, Denmark.

How can I register for the pre-tour?
You can register for the pre-tour by visiting our website and following the registration instructions.

What are the dates of the JCI European Conference 2025?
The JCI European Conference 2025 will take place from 04/05/2025 to 07/05/2025 in Herning, Denmark.

Who is organizing the Belgian Delegation?
The Belgian Delegation is organized by JCI Kortrijk and JCI Waregem.

What is included in the Belgian Delegation pack?

The Belgian Delegation pack includes hotels on the pre-tour with an option for single rooms, meals (drinks excluded), an exclusive Belgian Reception in Herning, and a goodie bag with polo shirts, exclusive pins, and partner gadgets.

The Full conference ticket must be purchased on the website www.JCIEC2025.com

Can I get a discount for early registration?
Yes, an Early Bird rate is available until 31/12/2024.

What transportation options are available?
The transportation for the pre-tour includes stops in the Netherlands and Germany.

How can new partners join?
New partners can join by filling out the contact form available on our website.

Is a travel insurance included in one of the packages?

Everyone must provide their own travel insurance. This is not included in the Belgian Delegation package. Also arrange your European health insurance card.

Can I join the pre tour with my own car?

Yes! We are limited to 50 participants during the pre-tour, due to the capacity of the bus. If you join the pre-tour with your own car, you will receive a detailed plan of the locations, before we leave.

There is no compensation/refund if you travel with your own car. 

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, untill 31.12.2024. We keep 50 euros administration costs.

Can I resell my tickets?

Yes, for the pre-tour and Belgian Pack, but we keep 50 euros for administration costs per person.

If we have already registered your Full Conference Ticket on your name, the reselling is depending of the flexibility of JCI Denmark. (and purchased via de website of JCI Denmark)

Why there are only 50 tickets available for the pre-tour?

Due to the capacity of the bus, the pre-tour is limited to 50 participants. You can always travel with your own car and join the pre-tour. No compensation/refund is foreseen.
