The EC2025 Belgian Delegation is organized by JCI Kortrijk vzw and JCI Waregem vzw. Invoicing is done via JCI Waregem vzw.
Our cancellation policy for the Early Bird ticket (tickets bought before 31.12.2024): if you cancel your reservation before 31.12.2024, a cancellation fee of 50 euros will be applied. However, for cancellations made after this date, the refund amount will be determined by the specific policies of the hotel and activity provider. All costs made for reservation will not be refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
